Accordingly, an accurate evaluation of the stability of abutments isvery important. The failure mechanism of abutment is substantially governed by a network ofdiscontinuities crossing the abutment. Meanwhile, the flowing water through discontinuitiesprovides an easier condition for discontinuities to slide and/or open. In this paper, the effects offluid flow and mechanical characteristics of joints are treated on safety of abutments. Though, a full3D simulation of dam body and its surrounding rock mass is needed for a complete understandingof the problem, but in general, the 3D jointed abutment stability analysis considering hydromechanicalinteraction are too time consuming and complicated. Therefore, in this study, a 2-DDEM model for the most critical region of a typical arch dam abutment resulted through a 3D FEmodeling is considered to evaluate the abutment safety. In this research, the effects of fluid flowand mechanical characteristics of joints on the safety are investigated through SRF and increasingwater pressure methods in both dry and saturate assumptions. In order to recognize the conditionsleading to failure in abutments, the values of maximum sliding, maximum opening, opening andsliding intensity and maximum resulting water flow rate along discontinuities are used as failurecriterions. The results demonstrate that the assumption of dry abutment is not proper for evaluatingthe stability condition and may submit the safety factors much larger than the real values.Moreover, the strength characteristics of rock joints are less significant on the stability of abutment.}, keywords = {Concrete Arch Dam,Hydro-mechanical,Rock Joint}, title_fa = {مطالعه عددی دوبعدی پایداری تکیه‌گاه سدهای بتنی قوسی با تاکید بر نقش درزه‌های سنگی و جریان آب در آنها}, abstract_fa = {در سدهای بتنی قوسی، بخش عمده فشارهای هیدرواستاتیکی در اثر عملکرد قوسی و طرهای بدنه سد به تکیهگاهها منتقل می‌شود. به همین دلیل در بررسی ایمنی این‌گونه سدها، ارزیابی درست از وضعیت پایداری تکیهگاهها از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. ناپایداری تکیهگاه عموماً به شکل گسیختگی در راستای لایههای ضعیف یا دسته درزههای آن رخ میدهد. علاوه بر آن، فشار آب عبوری از درزهها نیز لغزش و گسیختگی در امتداد صفحات ضعف مذکور را تسهیل میکند. این مقاله به بررسی اهمیت پارامترهای مقاومتی درزهها و تأثیر جریان آب بر ایمنی تکیهگاه سدهای بتنی قوسی میپردازد. اگرچه مطالعه دقیق این مسئله نیاز به انجام تحلیل‌های سهبعدی دارد، لیکن به دلیل پیچیدگی‌های زیاد در مدل‌سازی سه‌بعدی محیط‌های  درزهدار، خصوصاً با در نظرگرفتن رفتار اندرکنش هیدرولیکی- مکانیکی، در این تحقیق از تحلیل‌های دوبعدی استفاده شد. با این‌حال به منظور افزایش اعتبار نتایج تحلیل‌های دوبعدی، توزیع نیروهای وارده بر مدل تحلیل دوبعدی از نتایج تحلیل‌های سه بعدی یک سد بتنی قوسی و تودهسنگ ساختگاه آن استخراج شد. پایداری تکیهگاه سد مورد نظر با استفاده از دو روش افزایش تدریجی فشار آب مخزن و کاهش پارامترهای مقاومتی درزهها و ضریب ایمنی SRF مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در این راستا از پنج پارامتر بیشینه بازشدگی و لغزش در امتداد درزهها، شدت بازشدگی و شدت لغزش در سرتاسر تکیهگاه و همچنین بیشینه دبی عبوری در محل درزهها به عنوان شاخصهایی جهت ارزیابی ایمنی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که فرض عدم عبور جریان آب از درزهها، غالباًً نادرست بوده و میتواند ضرایب ایمنی تکیهگاه را بسیار بالاتر از میزان واقعی آن نشان دهد. همچنین ایمنی تکیهگاه، حساسیت کمی نسبت به پارامترهای مقاومتی و مکانیکی درزهها دارد.}, keywords_fa = {سد بتنی قوسی,هیدرومکانیک,درزه سنگی,‌ عددی,دو بعدی}, url = {https://www.jiraeg.ir/article_68219.html}, eprint = {https://www.jiraeg.ir/article_68219_beb354f6f7aa2fb37e57716c2d8f5b86.pdf} }
