[English]

In TBM tunneling projects, prediction of the machine performance is very important as it has a major influence on the duration and cost of the project. CSM, NTNU and QTBM are main models in TBM performance prediction which introduce equations for estimating the utilization factor. But, in each model some different factors are entered without considering their interactions. On the other hand, many parameters have a strong bond with each other and may simultaneously affect the TBM performance. So, using interaction matrixes it can possible evaluate effect of parameters on each other and estimate TBM performance. In this study, the matrix is composed of 21 parameters that affect on utilization factor. Interaction of these parameters indicates that the lack of utility services has the greatest impact in TBM performance. Down time index (DTI) can be significant if operating and delay times records in hour per meter. In each part of tunnel, DTI has opposite and direct relationship (r2=0.872) with TBM performance and excavation time respectively.
