The author responsible for the article is obliged to mention the names of all those who have participated in the preparation of the article and refrain from adding the names of the people who have interfered in the preparation of the article. 

The data used in the article should be the real results of experiments or observations and investigations, and the modification and correction of the data, without mentioning the reasons, should be avoided.
